Menu planning- plan healthy nutritious meals for you and the family. Make some dishes that will save you time and money that taste delicious. $50 pp includes recipes and lunch.
September 11th (Monday ) 12-2 pm- Cooking for fussy kids- healthy snack and lunch box treats for children and all the family. Includes tastings. $40 pp
September 16th (Saturday) 12-2 pm. Vegetarian cookery. Learn to cook healthy nutritious foods in a vegetable based diet by incorporating plant based protein . Suitable for those who want to reduce their meat intake or new vegetarians. $50 pp includes lunch.
October 14th (Saturday)12 - 2 pm. Healthy food for the whole family. Learn how to cook fish, make salads, and snack foods that are wholesome and nutritious with a twist. $50 pp. includes recipes and lunch.
November 18th (Saturday) 12-2pm
Summer Entertaining. Cook and made dips, salads, mains and desserts suitable to wow and guest. All with healthy and nutritious ingredients. $50 pp includes lunch and recipes.
